  • 100 g STAR BRAND Corn Stach
  • 1000 ml Water
  • 200 ml Evaporated milk
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar

Cooking Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, stir well and strain.
  • Cook the mixed ingredients under low heat until it thickens.
  • Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve cold with honey or brown sugar syrup.
