  • 70 g STAR BRAND Green Bean Starch
  • 900 ml Water
  • 120 g Caster sugar

Cooking Method

  • Dissolve green bean starch in water. Add caster sugar.
  • Stir mixture over low heat until it bubbles and thickens.
  • Pour into desire mould or 8 inch round mould and chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve cold.
  • Optional: Add yellow colouring into mixture before cooking.
