  • 20 g STAR BRAND Agar-Agar
  • 1500 ml Water
  • 150 g STAR BRAND Jaggery Powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 pieces Pandanus leaves
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 ml Coconut milk

Cooking Method

  • Boil water with pandan leaves. Add jaggery powder and sugar boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add agar-agar and cook under low heat until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
  • Add egg to coconut milk, stir well & strain. Then add in the mixture to agar-agar. Bring the mixture to boil.
  • Pour agar-agar into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve as cold dessert.
