  • 20 g STAR BRAND Agar-Agar
  • 1900 ml Water
  • 150 g STAR BRAND Jaggery Powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 pieces Pandan leaves

Cooking Method

  • Boil water with pandan leaves for 5 minutes.
  • Add jaggery powder and sugar to boiling water. Stir well for 1 minute.
  • Add agar-agar and cook under low heat. Stir well for 20 minutes.
  • Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve as a cold dessert.
