Ingredients

Batter

  • ¼ cup KAPAL ABC BRAND Tapioca Starch
  • ¼ cup ERAWAN BRAND / GAJAH BRAND Rice Flour
  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking powder

Cooking Method

  • Mix all ingredients and stir well into a batter.
  • Dip marinated prawn or fish or meat in the batter. Deep fry prawn or fish or meat until turns golden brown.
