- 5 tbsp Laleli Virgin Olive Oil
- 100 g capellini or spaghetti no.1
- 2 units soaked mushroom
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp dashi
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Bring a pot of water to boil with a large pinch of salt.
- Drop capellini and cook for 3 ½ minutes.
- While waiting, mix together all the other ingredients.
- Once the capellini is ready, sift the pasta and drop it straight into the dressing.
- Mix well and serve with your preferred topping.
