Water Chestnut Dessert

  • 140 g Sugar
  • 4 pieces Pandan leaves
  • 300 g Water chesnut (chopped in cubes)
  • 30 g STAR BRAND Potato Starch
  • 1300 ml Water

Cooking Method

  • Boil sugar with water and add pandan leaves.
  • Add water chestnut and boil for 5 minutes under medium heat.
  • Dissolve potato starch in little water and then add into the mixture. Stir well. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  • Serve as a warm dessert.
