- 150 g STAR BRAND Custard Powder
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 160 g Caster sugar
- 700 ml Water
- 1 can Cream style sweet corn
- Mix custard powder, coconut milk, caster sugar and water. Stir until smooth and then strain.
- Continue stirring vigorously under medium heat until shinning (around 15 minutes).
- Add a can of cream style sweet corn and stir for a while.
- Pour into mould and set aside to cool then serve.
