Custard Corn Cake

  • 150 g STAR BRAND Custard Powder
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 160 g Caster sugar
  • 700 ml Water
  • 1 can Cream style sweet corn

Cooking Method

  • Mix custard powder, coconut milk, caster sugar and water. Stir until smooth and then strain.
  • Continue stirring vigorously under medium heat until shinning (around 15 minutes).
  • Add a can of cream style sweet corn and stir for a while.
  • Pour into mould and set aside to cool then serve.
