  • 4 tbsp STAR BRAND Custard Powder
  • 250 ml Water
  • 200 ml Evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp Caster sugar

Cooking Method

  • Mix custard powder with water, stir well and strain.
  • Add in evaporated milk and caster sugar, stir under medium heat until it thickens.
  • Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve as a cold dessert.
