- 200 g STAR BRAND Potato Starch
- 200 g Unsalted butter
- 160 g Wheat flour
- 65 g Icing sugar
- 2 tsp Milk powder
- Beat unsalted butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Sift in potato starch, wheat flour, milk powder and add into mixture from step 1 to form a soft dough.
- Scoop the batter using a teaspoon and roll into small balls. Arrange onto baking tray overlaid with baking sheet and press lightly with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes (before turning brown).
