  • 200 g STAR BRAND Potato Starch
  • 200 g Unsalted butter
  • 160 g Wheat flour
  • 65 g Icing sugar
  • 2 tsp Milk powder

Cooking Method

  • Beat unsalted butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  • Sift in potato starch, wheat flour, milk powder and add into mixture from step 1 to form a soft dough.
  • Scoop the batter using a teaspoon and roll into small balls. Arrange onto baking tray overlaid with baking sheet and press lightly with a fork.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes (before turning brown).
