Potato Shortbread


– Star Brand Potato Starch 200g
– Unsalted Butter 200g
– Wheat Flour 160g
– Icing Sugar 65g
– Milk Powder 2 tsp

Cooking Method

  1. Beat unsalted butter and icing sugar until fluffy.

  2. Sift in potato starch, wheat flour, milk powder and add into mixture from step 1 to form a soft dough.

  3. Scoop the batter using a teaspoon and roll into small balls. Arrange onto baking tray overlaid with baking sheet and press lightly with a fork.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 25 minutes (before turning brown).
