|– Star Brand Potato Starch||200g|
|– Unsalted Butter||200g|
|– Wheat Flour||160g|
|– Icing Sugar||65g|
|– Milk Powder||2 tsp|
- Beat unsalted butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Sift in potato starch, wheat flour, milk powder and add into mixture from step 1 to form a soft dough.
- Scoop the batter using a teaspoon and roll into small balls. Arrange onto baking tray overlaid with baking sheet and press lightly with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 25 minutes (before turning brown).
