|– Coconut Milk (thick)||150ml|

- Blend pandan leaves with 200ml water. Strain with extra fine sieve. Add water to make 600ml pandan juice.
- Add green bean starch and caster sugar into the pandan juice. Stir well.
- Prepare an 8 inch mould.
- Pour � of mixture A into the mould to form the first layer. Pour entire mixture B as second layer. Pour the balance of mixture A as top layer.
- Swirl the mixture using a knife to get a marble effect. Refrigerate before serving.
