|– Star Brand Green Bean Starch||70g|
|– Caster Sugar||120g|
- Dissolve green bean starch in water. Add caster sugar.
- Stir mixture over low heat until it bubbles and thickens.
- Pour into desire mould or 8 inch round mould and chill in refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
Optional: Add yellow colouring into mixture before cooking.
