Hoon Kuih


– Star Brand Green Bean Starch 70g
– Water 900ml
– Caster Sugar 120g

Cooking Method

  1. Dissolve green bean starch in water. Add caster sugar.

  2. Stir mixture over low heat until it bubbles and thickens.

  3. Pour into desire mould or 8 inch round mould and chill in refrigerator.

  4. Serve cold.

Optional: Add yellow colouring into mixture before cooking.
