Deep Fried Tempura

Marinated prawn or fish or meat with pepper and salt

Ingredients

Batter
– Kapal ABC Brand Tapioca Starch¼ cup
– Erawan Brand / Gajah Brand Rice Flour¼ cup
– Wheat Flour½ cup
– Water½ cup
– Salt½ tsp
– Baking powder½ tsp

Cooking Method

1.   Mix all ingredients and stir well into a batter.

2.   Dip marinated prawn or fish or meat in the batter. Deep fry prawn or fish or meat until turns golden brown.
