Marinated prawn or fish or meat with pepper and salt
|– Kapal ABC Brand Tapioca Starch||¼ cup|
|– Erawan Brand / Gajah Brand Rice Flour||¼ cup|
|– Wheat Flour||½ cup|
|– Water||½ cup|
|– Salt||½ tsp|
|– Baking powder||½ tsp|
1. Mix all ingredients and stir well into a batter.
2. Dip marinated prawn or fish or meat in the batter. Deep fry prawn or fish or meat until turns golden brown.
