Custard Corn Cake


– Star Brand Custard Powder150g
– Coconut milk300ml
– Caster Sugar160g
– Water700ml
– Cream Style Sweet Corn1 can

Cooking Method

  1. Mix custard powder, coconut milk, caster sugar and water. Stir until smooth and then strain.

  2. Continue stirring vigorously under medium heat until shinning (around 15 minutes).

  3. Add a can of cream style sweet corn and stir for a while.

  4. Pour into mould and set aside to cool then serve.
