|– Star Brand Custard Powder||150g|
|– Coconut milk||300ml|
|– Caster Sugar||160g|
|– Cream Style Sweet Corn||1 can|
- Mix custard powder, coconut milk, caster sugar and water. Stir until smooth and then strain.
- Continue stirring vigorously under medium heat until shinning (around 15 minutes).
- Add a can of cream style sweet corn and stir for a while.
- Pour into mould and set aside to cool then serve.
