WATER CHESTNUT DESSERT

Ingredients
- Sugar140g
- Pandan Leave4 pieces
- Water Chestnut (chopped in cubes)300g
- Star Brand Potato Starch30g
- Water1300ml

Cooking Method
  1. Boil sugar with water and add pandan leaves.
  2. Add water chestnut and boil for 5 minutes under medium heat.
  3. Dissolve potato starch in little water and then add into the mixture. Stir well. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve as a warm dessert.
