SANTAN AGAR-AGAR

Ingredients
- Star Brand Agar-Agar20g
- Water1500ml
- Star Brand Jaggery Powder150g
- Sugar3 tbsp
- Pandan leaves5 pieces
- Egg1
- Coconut Milk200ml

Cooking Method
  1. Boil water with pandan leaves. Add jaggery powder and sugar boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add agar-agar and cook under low heat until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
  3. Add egg to coconut milk, stir well & strain. Then add in the mixture to agar-agar. Bring the mixture to boil.
  4. Pour agar-agar into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  5. Serve as cold dessert.
