AGAR-AGAR (Jaggery Powder)

- Star Brand Agar-Agar 20g
- Water 1900ml
- Star Brand Jaggery Powder 150g
- Sugar 50g
- Pandan leaves 2 pieces
Cooking Method
  1. Boil water with pandan leaves for 5 minutes.
  2. Add jaggery powder and sugar to boiling water. Stir well for 1 minute.
  3. Add agar-agar and cook under low heat. Stir well for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
  5. Serve as a cold dessert.
