Potato Silk

- Potato 500g
- Dried Chilies (cut into strips) 5
- Yellow Onion (cut into strips) 1
- Green Chili (cut into strips) 1
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
- Chinese Parsley (cut into 1cm length) Garnish
Cooking Method
  1. Remove potatoes skin and cut into thin strips. Soak in cold water.
  2. Heat wok with cooking oil. Add yellow onion and dried chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add potatoes and green chili, fry until 80% cooked. Add salt & vinegar to taste.
  4. Garnish with chinese parsley before serving.
