Deep Fried Tempura

Marinated prawn or fish or meat with pepper and salt
Ingredients
Batter
- Kapal ABC Brand Tapioca Starch ¼ cup
- Erawan Brand / Gajah Brand Rice Flour ¼ cup
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
 
Cooking Method
  1. Mix all ingredients and stir well into a batter.
  2. Dip marinated prawn or fish or meat in the batter. Deep fry prawn or fish or meat until turns golden brown.
