- Star Brand Pearly Barley 100g
- Water 1500ml
- Sugar 25g
- Pandan Leaves 4 pieces
Cooking Method
  1. Wash pearl barley and soak in water for an hour.
  2. Add in pandan leaves and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn to low heat and continue boiling for 45 minutes.
  4. Add in sugar and continue boiling until sugar fully dissolved.
  5. Serve as a cold or a warm dessert drink.
